When You’re Feeling Down

Hello all! Happy Monday!

I recently wrote about a tough time that I went through and mentioned that when the hard times hit, I was at a loss for what to do about it. Nothing felt like it would work. So here I am in a better place now (YAY!!!) and I am going to make some nice lists for us to all try when we are going through a rough patch. Perhaps you can go through my suggestions and pick a few that might work for you then keep them somewhere special for when you need them. I may break the lists up over a day or two. Lets see how creative I can be with ideas first. 🙂

  1. All are wonderful ideas, anything that keeps you from sitting alone and thinking about your worries.
